There's this really great visualisation I do that might help others: Breathe evenly and calmly. Imagine a beautiful stream in a green, green, green forest. The water flows calmly past you. Out of all the god-forsaken things I could do to earn a salary, I choose to handle complaints.  Yeah, go figure.  And not just any complaint, specifically complaints for the UK market.  Seriously guys, get a sense of humour, get a life!  Move to a country with SUNSHINE. Ahem.  MysteryGypsy has to teach me where to find these emoticons so i can aptly express my extreme dissatisfaction. Today I arrived at work with sleepy eyes and a wish that I were back in bed rather than waiting for training to start. Tonight, I will be discussing how we (my ex and I and the rest of the family) are going to share time to be with Aiden.  She'll be leaving for Dubai soon and my heart still stammers at the thought.  At least I'm not crying my eyes out anymore. My first dinner party in about three years went really well, and ended at about one thirty in the morning. it took me about half an hour to clean up and wash dishes, the usual, and then off to bed - to wake up five minutes before we usually leave!
